Order a repeat prescription
Please allow a MINIMUM of 2 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. If your request is not for an authorised repeat item then it may take significantly longer to deal with and you may require an appointment to discuss the request in the first instance.
The easiest way to order your medication is online, please follow the link below but please note you MUST HAVE REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE FIRST. If you have not registered then please visit Reception with a form of ID and we can organise this for you.
Alternatively, you can fill in your repeat medication order slip (received with your prescription) and hand it to us at the Health Centre or Boots the Chemist in the village.
